Has anyone here had success getting clear answers on baggage questions from the Delta Airlines team in Bangkok recently? I am trying to understand how strict they are with overweight allowances on international routes. The website gives general info, but I need specifics for my upcoming itinerary. I am thinking of checking directly at the Delta Airlines Bangkok Office in Thailand, but before going, I wanted to know if the staff actually provide detailed baggage guidance. Also, how long is the waiting time during weekdays? I want to avoid peak hours if I can. If you have visited recently, please share how your experience went.
